Nordfjordeid cruise port

The Viking Destination

Nordfjord is situated between the biggest glacier in mainland Europe and Norway`s wildest stretch of coast at Stad. Port of Nordfjordeid is in the heart of this area from ocean to glacier and Nordfjordeid is the complete cruise destination only 30 nautic miles in sailing distance from the coast.

Nordfjordeid is an excellent starting point for round trips to some of Norway`s most popular tourist attractions, including the Briksdal Glacier and the famous overland excursions to Geiranger. Nordfjordeid is the small town with the glowing heart eager to present the full size replika of the Myklebust ship, Norway`s largest known vikingship, more than 30 meters long.
