The charming village of Flåm with is situated at the innermost part of the Aurlandsfjord, a tributary of the 204 km long and up to 1308 m deep Sognefjord. Flåm and Gudvangen are two of four harbours that welcome cruise ships to Aurland Harbour Authority. Centrally located in the fjord region, Flåm offers some of the most popular attractions in Norway. Flåmsbana - the Flåm Railway - is widely recognized as one of the steepest and most beautiful railways in the world. Flåm is also home of the spectacular Nærøyfjord, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Flåm – Nærøyfjord – Flåm Duration: 1 hour 30 min or 2 hours 15 min. Guided RIB boat tour on Unesco listed Nærøyfjord. Enjoy the amazing scenery and spot for wildlife while the local guide provides a unique insight into local history and culture of the area.

The Flåm Railway & biking

Flåm – Myrdal – Berekvam – Flåm Duration: 3 hrs Highlights include the Flåm Railway and Kjosfossen waterfall, and biking down the lower part of the Flåm valley. The bike adventure begins at Berekvam, and is a guided tour down to Flåm by the Aurlandsfjord. The distance is 10 km, and involves a descent of 340 m. This is a close to nature experience!

Flåm-Myrkdalen-Stalheimskeiva-Flåm Season: April –July Duration: 4 hrs Stunning views as you take the chair lift from Myrkdalen Hotel to the viewing platform at 860 metres. Within 1.5 hours of leaving the ship in Flåm you could be standing here in the snow, overlooking the snow covered mountains, and the beautiful Myrkdalsvatnet lake surrounded by lush green fields.

Stegastein Viewpoint & Borgund

Flåm – Lærdal – Borgund – Stegastein - Flåm Duration: 4 hrs Highlights include driving through Lærdalstunnellen, the world’s longest tunnel, Lærdal, Borgund Stave Church, the Aurland mountain road and Stegastein viewpoint. The viewpoint is a unique platform situated 650 metres above sea level, overlooking the Aurlandsfjord.
